Standard Delivery

• All orders are roasted fresh and dispatched promptly.

• Standard UK delivery takes 4–5 working days from dispatch.

• Delivery is handled by trusted courier partners to ensure your coffee arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

• Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £25.

Order Processing

• We roast coffee fresh every Monday and Wednesday. Orders are then packed and dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Orders placed before 12pm on a roasting day (Monday or Wednesday) will be included in the next day’s dispatch.
• Orders placed after 12pm or on non‑roast days will be processed with the following roast batch.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

At present, Pattern Coffee ships within the UK only. We are working on expanding international delivery soon.
