Subscription

Pattern Coffee offers flexible subscription services designed to bring our coffees directly to your door. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below, which outline how your subscription is created, billed, and managed.


1. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions are available for our product range.

  • Plans can be tailored by frequency (e.g. fortnightly, monthly).

  • All subscription prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT.


2. Payment & Billing

  • Payments are processed automatically through the payment method provided at checkout.

  • Your card will be charged on the date of your initial order and subsequently according to the frequency selected.

  • If payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to re-process. Your subscription may be paused until payment is successful.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are roasted to order and dispatched according to your chosen schedule.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Processing

  • We roast coffee fresh every Monday and Wednesday. Orders are then packed and dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Orders placed before 12pm on a roasting day (Monday or Wednesday) will be included in the next day’s dispatch.
  • Orders placed after 12pm or on non‑roast days will be processed with the following roast batch.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.

5. Managing Your Subscription

  • You can update your subscription (pause or amend details) at any time via your customer account.

  • Changes made after your billing date will apply to your next scheduled order.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscription cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

  • As coffee is a fresh and perishable product, we cannot accept returns once dispatched.

  • Refunds will only be considered in the case of damaged or incorrect orders.

How does the subscription work?

Choose from our Roasters Choice or signature coffee (Batch 01), set your delivery frequency and we’ll roast and send it fresh to your door.

When will I be billed?

You’re billed on the day of your first order, and then automatically on your chosen schedule (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Of course. You can pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date via your subscription account.

What if my payment fails?

We’ll notify you and retry the payment. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused until resolved.

Do you offer prepaid subscriptions?

Not at the moment.

What if my coffee arrives damaged or incorrect?
